Those who know the preparation of **postpartum ayurvedic medicines**
- Providing support and care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period. This may include assisting with breastfeeding, diaper changes, bathing, and basic infant care.
- Providing guidance on maternal nutrition and exercise, and supporting healthy postpartum weight loss.
- Providing education and guidance to new mothers on maternal and infant health, including recommendations for proper nutrition, exercise, infant sleep patterns, and safe sleeping practices.
- Monitoring the health and well-being of both the mother and the infant, including checking vital signs, assessing infant weight and growth, and watching for any signs of complications or health issues.
- Helping to manage pain and discomfort during the postpartum recovery period, including providing medication as needed and teaching mothers about pain management techniques.
- Providing emotional support and counseling for new mothers, including advice on coping with postpartum depression or anxiety.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
