**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security across project premises.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized movements, or security breaches in real time.
- Maintain accurate logs and daily activity reports of surveillance observations.
- Coordinate with the security team and site management for timely response to incidents.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, recording devices, and monitoring tools.
- Assist in investigations by providing footage or data from recorded surveillance.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times.
- Support in maintaining discipline and safety protocols within the premises.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong monitoring and observation skills.
- Ability to identify suspicious behavior or safety violations quickly.
- Familiar with CCTV systems, access control systems, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, alertness, and integrity are essential.
- Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably with exposure to security or facility management).

1-3 years of experience in surveillance, control room operations, or security monitoring.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Work location would be near **Nagawara** or **KR Puram**will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
