Qualification - Any Graduate

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute end-to-end advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Capable of generating the necessary creative assets required for the ads.
- Manage creative assets and optimize for various platforms and devices.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for campaign analysis and tracking.
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend optimizations.
- Capable of making intelligent decisions and implementing new experiments to achieve both short-term and long-term company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate.
- Proven 2 Years experience in managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Knowledge of ad creatives, characteristics, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

**About Lumos Learning India Pvt Ltd**:
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
