About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically inclined Campaign Executive to join our Campaign Ops function. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for setting up, testing, and launching marketing campaigns using tools like WebEngage.
You'll work alongside our Customer Success Teams to bring campaign ideas to life with zero-error execution, and ensure all configurations, templates, and targeting are perfectly implemented.
This is a target-based role, where performance will be measured on the volume and accuracy of campaigns executed within defined SLAs.
An ideal opportunity for recent MBA graduates with a technical background and internship experience in digital marketing, product ops, or campaign tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and QA marketing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push) using tools like WebEngage.
- Configure user journeys, one-time campaigns, relays, segments, and personalization logic.
- Apply basic HTML/CSS to edit email templates, troubleshoot formatting issues, and customize layouts.
- Follow detailed checklists and SOPs to ensure 100% error-free execution.
- Collaborate with Success team members to translate campaign briefs into live campaigns.
- Maintain internal task logging in relevant tools and ensure timely delivery as per SLA.
- Assist in catalog and data configurations, event-based triggers, and A/B test setups.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, segmentation errors, or setup inconsistencies in a structured way.
- Meet weekly and monthly campaign execution targets, with accountability on both throughput and quality.
Who You Are:
- MBA graduate or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Completed internships/projects/certifications in digital marketing, CRM tools, campaign ops, html/css/JS.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS and has experience editing email templates or webpages.
- Highly process-oriented with a checklist mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with data, triggers, and campaign logic.
- Good written communication for documentation and coordination.
- Excited about working behind-the-scenes to power great user experiences through automation.

- Deep execution expertise in leading marketing automation tools.
- Lifecycle marketing operations across industries (D2C, BFSI, EdTech, Travel, etc.).
- QA and campaign governance practices at scale.
- Product-thinking and process design in a fast-paced campaign ops team.
- Working within a target-driven operational environment, with real accountability.
Career Growth:
As you gain experience, this role can evolve into Senior Campaign Executive, Campaign Ops Lead, or a Growth Associate / Customer Success Executive track — depending on your performance, interests, and ability to manage complexity at scale.
