**CNC/VMC SETTERS MALE CANDIDATES**

**Min 2years work experience in CNC-VMC Machines 3 axis & 5 axis (BFW/HAAS/MAKINO/DMG) & on these controllers (Mitsubishi, HAAS, Fanuc, Heidenen, Siemens)**

**Qualification: ITI / GTTC / NTTF / Diploma.**
- **Technical Proficiency**: Mastery of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) principles and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) operations is fundamental. This includes understanding machine controls, tooling, workholding, and reading blueprints.
- **Programming Skills**: Ability to write, edit, and understand CNC programs. Proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software is essential for creating efficient machining instructions.
- **Machine Setup and Calibration**: Expertise in setting up VMC machines, including tool setting, fixture setup, and machine calibration. This ensures accurate and precise machining processes.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Capability to troubleshoot machine errors, tooling issues, and program discrepancies. Quick problem-solving skills are crucial for minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
- **Quality Control**: Diligence in inspecting machined parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensuring parts meet quality standards and specifications is paramount.
- **Safety Awareness**: Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workshop. This includes knowledge of machine guarding, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safe operating practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and meticulousness in every aspect of machining, from setting tool offsets to verifying part dimensions. Attention to detail minimizes errors and ensures high-quality output.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to changing production demands, machine setups, and machining processes. Flexibility to work with different materials, tooling configurations, and production schedules is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and engineers to convey technical information, report issues, and collaborate on process improvements.
- **Continuous Learning**: Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development in CNC machining technologies, programming techniques, and industry best practices. Staying updated with the latest advancements enhances efficiency and competitiveness.
