We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Evaluator Trainees. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to learn about the evaluation process for used cars. As an Evaluator Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to accurately assess the value of vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured training program designed to familiarize trainees with the evaluation process for used cars.
- Learn how to conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, assessing their condition, mileage, features, and overall market value.
- Collect relevant data on vehicles, including model year, mileage, maintenance history, and any defects or damages.
- Input data into evaluation software or databases to generate accurate assessments of vehicle value.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in evaluation processes by adhering to established guidelines and standards.
- Review evaluation reports and seek feedback from mentors to continuously improve performance.
- Communicate with customers to gather additional information about vehicles and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide professional and courteous service to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market values, and changes in automotive technology through ongoing training and self-study.
- Seek opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise in vehicle evaluation techniques and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to pursue a career in vehicle evaluation.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with spreadsheet software and data entry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
