Digital Marketing Trainee will assist the marketing team of _Therefore I’m_ to develop innovative and interactive content. The Trainee will focus on increasing engagement and conversion to attain the marketing objectives in all digital mediums. The specialist shall be comfortable in appearing and hosting video content developed by the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL
- Host, interact, and develop video content relevant to the brand.
- Translate business goals into marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets/briefs.
- Partner with the marketing/ sales team to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments.
- Collaborate with the marketing/ sales team to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Reporting, Measurement, and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital campaigns.
- A graduate with zero to three years of experience in modeling, marketing, or showbiz fields.

COMPUTER & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Experience creating and developing digital marketing best practices within an organization.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

- Ability to secure clear direction and buy-in from business leadership and then maintain visibility as strategy is executed Ability to take high-level vision and translate down to executable actions
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail are required
- Strong verbal and written skills are required
- Strong ability to prioritize and balance competing requests for support
- Ability to work independently once strategy and direction is identified, while maintaining strong visibility for the organization

OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to effectively manage budgetary spending to maximize the ROI of Digital Marketing campaigns and resources.

Location : Kochi

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
