The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving e-commerce sales and growth. This includes

managing the online store, optimizing the customer experience, implementing digital marketing

strategies and campaigns, and developing innovative ways to increase customer engagement on the

website.

Educational Qualification

? Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in any field

Experience

? 2- 4 Years proven experience in E-commerce Management

Knowledge Requirements

? In depth knowledge of the e-commerce business

? Excellent Knowledge of IT & Digital Marketing

Skill Requirements

? IT and web analytics tools

? Presentation Skills

? Excellent communication and writing skills

? Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
? Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy

? Manage all aspects of the online store including product listings, pricing updates, promotions

and discounts

? Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website

? Monitor analytics to analyze site performance and optimize campaigns accordingly

? Coordinate with third parties such as vendors, payment processors and fulfillment centers

? Ensure a seamless customer experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that arise

? Oversee content on the website including product descriptions and images

? Prepare and deliver MIS Reports on a regular basis

? Keep up with industry trends in e-commerce solutions and technologies

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
