**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to potential clients and generate leads
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to businesses
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain product features and benefits clearly in Kannada
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Submit regular reports and updates to the team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or marketing (preferred)
- Must be fluent in **Kannada** (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler is preferred
- Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory

**Education**:

- Minimum: PUC/12th Pass
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
