- **Target achievement**: Meet or exceed sales, lead generation, or customer interaction targets
- **Collaboration**: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns
- **Reporting**: Create reports and documentation based on conversations with customers
- **Customer feedback**: Relay customer feedback to the relevant departments
