Telesales Executive Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers
with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and
listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Persuading customers to purchase
- Accurate record-keeping
- Error-free processing
- Lead generation
Qualification of Telesales Executive:

- High school diploma or Diploma
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or
related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.
Location: Nagpur
- (MIHAN SEZ) / Gujarat
- Gandhidham
Experience: 2 years products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website
Development/ Mobile APP)
Call Target: Daily 60 connected Calls.
Lead Target: Monthly 25 Lead Generation.
CTC: Rs.1,80,000/- to Rs.2,16,000/-p.a.
Incentive: 10 % Incentive on sales value (For example: your monthly sale value is 1,00,000/- in
a month, your incentive will be Rs.10,000/-)
Working Days: 5 days (Tuesday
- Saturday)
Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Notice Period: Immediate Joining.
No. of Position: 2 each Location
