Quality Inspector

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Garment Inspection: Inspect garments at different stages of production, ensuring stitching, seams, and sizing meet company standards.
- Identify Defects: Spot defects such as loose threads, improper seams, or fabric inconsistencies and report them to the relevant team.
- Quality Control: Ensure each garment aligns with the predefined quality benchmarks and standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections and provide daily reports on quality checks and any defects identified.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with the production team to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Rework Supervision: Help the team with reworking defective garments to meet company standards.
- **Qualifications**:
- Education: High school diploma or relevant certification in garment manufacturing or quality control (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate quality issues with production staff and supervisors.
- Eagerness to Learn: Open to learning new skills and procedures related to quality inspection.
**Skills**:
- Basic understanding of stitching and garment construction (training will be provided).
- Organizational skills to maintain records and reports of quality checks.
