**Roles and Responsibilities**
1) Primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving errors, and throughout their work they must constantly log details for later reports and to provide stakeholders with updates.
- 2) Well-equipped in learning new tools leveraged in organization to support Business
- 3) Total 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and well versed in Technical Support Management.
- Well versed in using New Relic, Grafana w.r.t Monitoring and Logging issues
- 1) Problem-solving skills - successful production support engineers
- 2) Equipped in leveraging Database Management Tools(PL/SQL)
- 3) Industry-specific tools (such as programming languages)
- 4) Experience in JIRA to capture, organize and prioritize issues.
- 5) Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies.
- 6) Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures.
- 7) Study and recommend corrective solutions for enhancing efficiency.1) Total 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and well versed in Technical Support Management.
