We have requirement for HCC Medical Coders, below is the job deatils

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Shift: 9 AM to 7 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
Review the medical records, identify diagnoses and convert to ICD-10-CM codes by following CMS, HHS & client specific guidelines # Flag reports/send queries to the provider for documentation deficiency

At least 2 years of experience in HCC coding and strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM guidelines

Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA

Strong knowledge in Medical terminology, Anatomy, ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Medical Coding: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- CPC, CIC, COC (required)
