HCC Coder (Night Shift)

Dialten Business Solutions is seeking diligent and detail-oriented HCC Coders to join our growing team in Bangalore. As an HCC Coder, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing and coding medical records for our clients. This position requires expertise in medical coding principles, particularly in HCC coding methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis codes based on clinical documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Analyze patient medical records to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and HIPAA.

**Requirements**:

- For Certified HCC Coders:

- Certification through AAPC (CPC or CPC-H) or AHIMA (CCS-P or CCS).
- Proven experience in HCC coding and risk adjustment methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- For Non-certified HCC Coders:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in HCC coding or a related field.
- Familiarity with ICD-10-CM coding principles.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing coding guidelines.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with healthcare providers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts and meet productivity targets.

Pay: ₹15,346.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
