The Senior Professional Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of library services and ensuring patrons' needs are met. This position involves a combination of administrative, supervisory, and customer service duties, requiring strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of library systems and resources, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

- Oversee the work of library staff, including Library Assistants and Clerks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on library procedures, systems, and customer service best practices.
- Coordinate schedules and tasks to ensure smooth operations during all library hours.

**Academic qualification**:

- Masters Degree in Library is Mandatory

**Shifts**:

- Fixed day shifts

**Skills** - Excellent Spoken English

**Salary** - up to to 25,000in hand (Depends Upon Interview)

**Experience** - Minimum 1yr experience required
