**Job Description-**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ad Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ad Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to maximize brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify optimal targeting and optimization strategies.

3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, ROAS, and conversions.

4. Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance ad relevance, quality score and overall campaign performance.

5. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance, targeting, and messaging.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Google Ads platform updates to ensure compliance and leverage new features and opportunities.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.

8. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for various stakeholders.

9. Identify and explore new advertising channels and opportunities to expand our reach and drive business growth.

10. Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitors to inform advertising strategies and messaging.

**Requirement**:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a professional setting.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.

3. Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.

4. Demonstrated experience in campaign optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Google Ads certifications are a plus.

8. Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in online advertising and digital marketing.
