- Perform visual inspections of bicycles, components, and parts to identify defects, imperfections, and deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct functional and performance tests on bicycles using standardized procedures to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand manufacturing processes and identify areas for quality improvement.
- Record and document inspection and testing results accurately and promptly.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for any quality-related issues identified during production.
- Maintain and organize the quality control testing equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and design, to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your understanding of bicycle quality standards, testing methodologies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures.
