Qualifications:
Marketing experience: Previous experience in offline marketing, advertising, or a related field is typically required, demonstrating a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles and tactics.
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative offline marketing ideas and campaigns to capture the attention of the target audience.
Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different teams and external vendors.
Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting insights, and using relevant metrics and tools to measure the performance and effectiveness of offline marketing efforts.
Budget management: Experience in managing marketing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the target market, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and differentiate the company's offline marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and teamwork: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders involved in offline marketing activities.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies while maintaining a focus on traditional marketing channels.
**Salary**: ₹8,848.22 - ₹14,000.00 per month
