Executive - Sustainability & Special Projects

**Responsibilities**:
1.Maintain all necessary documents as advised by Department Head towards compliance to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements with respect to environmental permits, ensure timely renewal of licenses / permits as applicable in coordination with stakeholders.
2.Assist Department head in monitoring the organization environmental performance & highlight deviations.
3.Assist department head in conducting (including maintain necessary documents and records) Environment Management Plan, GHG protocols, UN SDG compliance, CER, etc.
4.Should be able to calculate GHG emissions as per GHG protocol.
5.Must be thorough about effluent characterization & treatment techniques.
6.Compliance to ISO Systems and other requirements which can arise time to time as per the business needs.
7.Work towards metrics which will reflect the department performance and set benchmarks for improvements.
8.Work with Department Head in all the plant improvement related activities as allocated time to time.
9.Should have sufficient knowledge & be able to calculate water foot prints for all manufacturing facilities.
10.Should have knowledge of various GHG reporting tools & calculators
11.Data collection & verification
12.Should be well versed with Climate change regulations
14.Should be familiar with CDP, UNGC, SBTi & other climate related initiatives.
