**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertisements, social media graphics, logos, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to ensure design consistency across all media.
- Work on redesigning and updating existing layouts, ensuring designs are fresh and modern.
- Prepare and finalize designs for production, ensuring they are print-ready and optimized for various platforms.
- Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain a solid understanding of design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure all designs meet the company's branding and visual standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A **Diploma or Degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that showcases a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PS and basic web design concepts.
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
