We’re looking for a talented and versatile Photographic Designer who will contribute to our brand’s growth and visibility through expert photo editing, reel making, and social media content creation.

**Job Overview**:
As a Photographic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality photographs and visuals that align with our brand identity. You will play a key role in designing and producing engaging reels and content for our social media platforms. Your expertise in graphic design, photo manipulation, and multimedia storytelling will help create visually appealing assets that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and edit high-quality photographs for digital platforms, websites, and social media.
- Create visually engaging and on-brand reels and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Edit and enhance photographs and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to create content that supports brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence by ensuring content is posted consistently and according to schedule.
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for promotional materials, social media posts, and other visual content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and photography techniques.
- Ensure all designs and content meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field.
- Proven experience in photography, photo editing, and reel/video creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative and artistic flair.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Knowledge of current social media trends, memes, and viral content strategies.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly layouts and designs.
