**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and investment preferences.
- Recommend investment solutions based on client risk appetite, goals, and market conditions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous portfolio growth.
- Keep clients updated on financial market trends, portfolio performance, and new investment opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and advisory targets by converting leads into successful investments.
- Educate clients on financial products, risk management strategies, and tax-efficient investment planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in stock markets, mutual funds, insurance, and other financial instruments.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field**. A certification in financial advisory (NISM, CFP, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum **1+ years of experience** in financial advisory, sales, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of investment products like stocks, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and other financial instruments.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
