- Experience with performance tuning servers, troubleshooting, and automation of such codes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

**A Desktop Support Associate’s Ideal Day At WWS**

**Technical Resolution.**Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.

**Desktop Support.**Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership.

**Networking Assistance**.sound good in knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Chrome Operating Systems The basics of cloud drives are to be updated along with basic Knowledge of VPN which is to be operating.
