**Job Title: Direct to Film (DTF) and UV Operator**

We are currently seeking a skilled Direct to Film and UV Operator to join our team and contribute to our printing operations.

As a Direct to Film and UV Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality prints using both Direct to Film and UV printing technologies. Your primary duties will include:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Operate Direct to Film (DTF) printing equipment, including printers and film applicators, to produce printed designs on film substrates.

2. Load designs onto the DTF printing equipment and adjust settings to achieve desired print quality and accuracy.

3. Prepare films for printing by ensuring they are properly loaded onto the equipment and aligned correctly.

4. Monitor the DTF printing process to ensure prints are consistent, vibrant, and free from defects.

5. Operate UV printing equipment to produce prints on various substrates, including paper, plastic, and metal.

6. Set up UV printing jobs by loading materials onto the equipment and adjusting settings for optimal print quality.

7. Monitor UV printing processes to ensure prints are cured properly and meet quality standards.

8. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the printing process, such as equipment malfunctions or print errors.

9. Perform routine maintenance tasks on both DTF and UV printing equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.

10. Maintain an organized work environment in the printing area, including proper storage and disposal of printing materials.

11. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling printing materials.

12. Collaborate with team members to prioritize printing orders and ensure timely completion of projects.

13. Keep accurate records of printing jobs, including materials used, production times, and any issues encountered.

14. Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operations of the printing department.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in printing technology or related field is a plus.

2. Previous experience operating Direct to Film (DTF) and UV printing equipment is preferred.

3. Knowledge of different types of substrates and their printing requirements.

4. Ability to read and interpret design files and adjust printing settings accordingly.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.

7. Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.

9. Basic computer skills for loading design files and recording production data.
