Company Overview:
NUTKI is a well-established brand specializing in gourmet flavored nuts. We take pride in producing high-quality products and supplying them to leading outlets across the country. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Office for Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the NUTKI brand and increase market share in Jaipur covering entire Rajasthan by appointing C&F or distributors.
- Identify and target potential retail outlets and generate regular business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesaler, distributor and Super Stockiest.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular market visits and engage in promotional activities to generate sales and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing/promotional team to develop effective advertising and promotional campaigns for NUTKI products.
- Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the region.
- Previous experience working with a dry fruits company or in the gourmet flavored nuts segment will be given preference.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Base Location: JAIPUR**
