Billing Executive

**Invoice Creation & Management**: Prepare, generate, and send invoices, credit memos, and account statements to clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and accounting records, ensuring data is secure and organized.
- **Client Communication**: Respond to customer billing inquiries, communicate outstanding balances, and send payment reminders for missed payments.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues by coordinating with customers and other internal teams.
- **Reporting**: Support the generation of financial reports related to billing and contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to catch errors and ensure the accuracy of financial records and invoices.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and handle various financial data.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with clients and internal departments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues and customer disputes.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), Excel, and data entry.
- **Education**: A high school diploma is usually required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field being preferred.
