**Job Title - Service Technician**

Training for John Deere engines will be provided by us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain & repair equipment & systems, including mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Identify and order necessary replacement parts, and work with vendors and suppliers to obtain the required components.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including work orders, parts usage, and service history.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members, including answering questions and explaining complex technical concepts.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and team members on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all applicable safety regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to use software to track maintenance and repair records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Multi-linguistic: English, Hindi
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in Servicing diesel engines.
- Physically fit and able to travel to customers sites all over India. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping heavy lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Certification or Equivalent in Mechanical/Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
