We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Related Technical Qualification
- Learns new maintenance skills quickly
- Works with customers and has excellent customer service skills
- Collaborates with managers and service technicians has strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates time management, problem-solving, and organization skills

**Salary**:15000+Incentive+TA+ESI+EPF

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
