We're looking for a results-driven Growth Hacker to join our team and play a key role in scaling our client base by generating quality leads through innovative strategies across Google and social media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Use retargeting and lookalike audiences to drive conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Design and implement creative campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract potential clients.
- Monitor engagement metrics, tweak campaigns for better performance, and generate leads from organic and paid strategies.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and third-party platforms.
- Prepare detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- **Creative Content Development**:
- Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching ad creatives.
- Craft compelling ad copy and CTAs tailored to target audiences.
- **Innovation and Experimentation**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and implement innovative growth hacking techniques.
- Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and growth strategies to discover untapped opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in lead generation and growth hacking (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
