**Job Purpose**:
The Store Assistant will support in maintaining proper stock records, handling material receipts and issues, ensuring safe storage, and assisting in day-to-day store operations to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials at the site/office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to site staff or departments as per requirements and approvals.
- Maintain proper stock records in register/software on daily basis.
- Support the Store Keeper in conducting physical verification of stock.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
- Keep store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in preparation of daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site teams for smooth material movement.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the Store Keeper/Manager.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and arrangement of materials.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (commerce/related field preferred).
- Prior experience of 1-3 years in stores/inventory management (construction/industrial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software (if applicable).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support site requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
