The Logistic Executive will be responsible for handling and monitoring the movement of goods within the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of paper products, optimizing transportation, and managing warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective and smooth logistics operations.
- Order / Delivery / Logistic planning:

- Plan and manage transportation for raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate with transport agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Track vehicle movement and resolve delays.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
- Schedule and prioritize dispatch based on customer requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation and storage.
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters.
- Maintain records of inward and outward goods.
- Production run updates from Mill
- Order Planning with sales team as per production
- Schedule Delivery

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
- Familiarity with **paper trade material handling**.
- Good understanding of GST, E-way bills, and related documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, or logistics software.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate (preferably in **Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce**).
- 2-5 years of experience in **logistics operations**, preferably in **paper trade or allied industries**.
