Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview

Kapeefit Health Brand Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Interns to join our growing team. The intern will play a key role in handling voice and chat sales processes, assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage voice calls (inbound & outbound) with customers for product inquiries, sales, and support.
- Handle chat interactions to resolve queries, share product information, and assist in order placements.
- Actively promote Kapeefit’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.
- Provide feedback to the sales team to improve customer experience and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Fluency in English & Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Freshers, undergraduates, or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation may apply.
