**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated AR Caller to join our medical billing team. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up with insurance companies in the US to resolve unpaid or underpaid claims, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending claims.
- **Follow up with the payer to check on the claim status.**:

- **Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resubmitting claims as necessary, and appealing claim denials when appropriate.**:

- Analyze and understand Explanation of B
- enefits (EOB) statements.
- Identify and resolve issues such as denials, underpayments, or rejections.
- Update the billing system with accurate claim status notes.
- Ensure claims are processed and paid within timely filing limits.
- Meet daily and monthly call productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with the team to address complex claim issues.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Pay: From ₹542,992.77 per year
