**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of Documentum solutions to enhance document management capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of Documentum xCP to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder to ensure optimal workflow automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the stability and performance of Documentum systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Documentum solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Documentum development techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest Documentum technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the deployment of Documentum solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of Documentum Documentum xCP and Documentum Process Builder.
- Demonstrate expertise in Documentum Administrator and Documentum Foundation Classes.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Documentum development and implementation.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Documentum technologies.
