**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance existing systems.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Lucidworks Fusion Spring Boot Java and Apache Solr.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
- Nice to have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
