In your role as a Business Manager of E-commerce segment, you will be part of our success by:
Heading e-commerce function of the company.

Deliver sales targets by executing e-commerce platform-level strategy and partnerships that can help in incremental growth with strong focus on margin.

Leading Team to manage multiple e-commerce portals

Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report regularly.

Inventory management and Order fulfilment of e-commerce vendors.

Ensuring that the entire products are listed on all platforms and maintaining hygiene across all portals.

Sales analysis and monitoring - Prepare various analytical reports.

Planning Budgets and forecasting stocks

Internal and external Team management

Taking ownership of this e-commerce business with a Digital First mindset.

To be a Business Manager at --------, you are required to have:
10+ years of experience in the e-commerce

Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation

Ability to develop & drive business strategy

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Skills

Knowledge of Online advertising, Channel Sales, Online advertising management, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, Google Adwords and e-commerce

We expect the Business Head to be a passionate customer advocate with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, online/mobile technology understanding, social media marketing skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.

Reports to Director

Dimensions of the role:
Consistency and quality of performance. Growth trends. Key initiatives taken to develop business.

Work Environment:
The job involves close to 25 days of working.
