Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training modules tailored to student needs.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and case studies to make training relevant and impactful.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and group activities.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students effectively.
- Assess participants' soft skills through various methods (e.g., role plays, presentations).
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to enhance skill development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and employer expectations.
- Continuously improve training materials based on participant feedback and outcomes.
- Work closely with placement coordinators to align training with career services and placement goals.
- Collaborate with other trainers and faculty to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain records of student progress and participation.
- Provide students with insights into soft skills required in specific industries.
- Support students in developing their personal branding, networking, and interview skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
