We are looking for Tape Edge Machine Operator for office Based in Bhiwandi.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation: Operate tape edge machines safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.

2. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect panels for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet production standards.

3. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure machine functionality and longevity.

4. Material Handling: Load and unload panels, edge tape, and other materials onto machines, ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

5. Production Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

6. Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

7. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, share knowledge, and communicate effectively.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience operating tape edge machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

3. Skills:

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

4. Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move materials as needed.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

For ITI Fresher salary will be between 10,000/- Rs to 20,000/- Rs

For experienced tape edge operator, salary will be upto 22,000/- Rs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
