**Job Summary**:
The CNC Turret Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC Turret Punching Machines to produce precision sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The operator ensures high-quality output, efficient production, and adherence to safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC Turret Punching Machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Finn Power, etc.) as per production schedules.
- Load programs and adjust machine parameters according to job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Select appropriate tools, punches, and dies based on material type and thickness.
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain product accuracy and productivity.
- Conduct routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions or tool wear.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the programming and design team to optimize machine utilization and minimize waste.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating CNC Turret Punching Machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Knowledge of sheet metal materials and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and nesting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Lantek, Radan, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing / fabrication floor.
- Exposure to noise, metal dust, and machinery operations.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,010.14 - ₹33,437.47 per month
