**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect Engagement: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels including walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Counselling: Provide in-depth information about our courses, curriculum, career prospects, and admission procedures to prospective students and their parents.
- Sales Conversion: Utilise sales techniques to persuade and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in system.
- Event Participation**: Represent Arena Animation Goregaon at education fairs, career seminars, and other promotional events.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of the animation, VFX, graphic design, and multimedia industry.
- Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales and secure admissions.
- Smart and Presentable: Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a student-centre approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. A background in animation or related fields is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an educational institute or similar environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
