Job Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect new clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant online channels. Use these platforms to research potential customers, send connection requests, and start meaningful conversations.
- **Proposal Creation**: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and product demos to address specific client needs, customizing the offering based on the client’s business and requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing them with personalized solutions and support throughout the sales process.
- **CRM Management**: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) to track leads, manage client interactions, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
- **Follow-Up & Closing Deals**: Follow up on inbound leads, schedule meetings, and help close sales by addressing client objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring all questions are answered.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the business development team and project managers to align on sales objectives, client requirements, and the delivery of services.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the IT space to help refine sales strategies and approaches.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Identify and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- **Client Onboarding**: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to the project execution phase.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, or business development, specifically targeting online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar freelancing/job platforms.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, personalized sales pitches and effectively interact with clients.
- **Understanding of IT Services**: Familiarity with IT services and technologies (e.g., software development, web design, mobile apps, IT consulting) and the ability to discuss solutions confidently.
- **Lead Generation Tools**: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other sales tools or CRMs to find leads, track activities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Sales Tools**: Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to understand client needs, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
- **Target-Oriented**: Motivated by achieving sales targets and quotas, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Experience with Remote Sales**: Prior experience in remote sales or working with clients from various regions (especially North America, Europe) is a plus.
- **Social Selling Expertise**: Familiarity with social selling techniques and building a network on platforms like LinkedIn.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to present solutions clearly and effectively, and conduct virtual product demonstrations or meetings.

Pay: ₹8,617.57 - ₹40,000.00 per month
