**Creative & Design Responsibilities**
- **Conceptualize visuals** based on requirements and project goals.
- **Develop and design graphics** for digital and print media (e.g., websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, brochures).
- **Create visual elements** like logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
- **Maintain brand consistency** in all designs and across all platforms.
- **Revise designs** according to feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.

**Project & Collaboration Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with teams** (marketing, product, UX/UI, content) to understand design needs.
- **Present design concepts** to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- **Manage multiple projects** simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Liaise with printers or external vendors** to ensure accurate production of materials.

**Technical & Professional Responsibilities**
- **Stay updated on design trends**, tools, and techniques.
- **Use industry-standard software** such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- **Prepare files for both print and digital use** with attention to resolution, color profiles, and format.
- **Ensure accessibility and usability** in digital designs.

Pay: ₹12,558.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
