As an experienced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer at Esmito, you will be part of our EE Development team and be responsible for supporting the Esmito Design Engineer’s, located in Hyderabad, Telangana. You have help us With PCBA Designs using Esmito’s guidelines to ensure robust EMC and Thermal cycle performance. Development activities include; electrical component symbol and footprint creation, component placement, routing drawing and file generation to support PCB fab and assembly, and interaction with fab and assembly suppliers, preparation and release of production documentation, and creation and submission in support of EE team.

**Desired technical skills**:

- Hands on experience in **Altium, (must)**Cadence allegro and Orcad Capture (minimum 5 Years)
- Layout of multi-layer, complex, mixed-signal PCBs.
- Knowledge of high-current ( upto 60A), DC/DC converter routing guidelines.
- Knowledge of power integrity/Thermal analysis in Altium.
- Schematic symbol and PCB footprint developments.
- Exposure to all relevant IPC standards MIL Standard design practices.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC issues and layout practices for mitigation.
- Knowledge in Power circuitry layout (BMS preferred).
- Knowledge of various PCB design guidelines.
- Awareness of Altium365, version control.

**Desired personal skills**
- Should possess a good attitude towards work and be self-motivated.
- Willing to work in fast paced startup environment.

Educational Background
- Any Diploma or B Tech. Would work.
