**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design requirements and specifications for PCB layouts.

2. Design and develop high-quality PCB layouts using CAD software tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and design guidelines.

3. Perform schematic capture, component placement, and routing of PCBs to meet performance, size, and cost requirements.

4. Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, reliability, and performance.

5. Generate fabrication and assembly documentation, including Gerber files, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).

6. Coordinate with PCB fabrication vendors and assembly partners to ensure timely and cost-effective production of PCB prototypes and production runs.

7. Conduct design validation and testing of PCB prototypes, troubleshoot issues and implement design improvements as needed.

8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve design processes and practices.

9. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the design and development process.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.

2. Proven experience (2 years) as a PCB Designer or similar role in the electronics industry.

3. Proficiency in CAD software tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro or KiCad.

4. Strong understanding of PCB layout design principles, signal integrity, and EMC/EMI considerations.

5. Knowledge of electronic components, circuit design principles, and manufacturing processes.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving design issues.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing PCB design and manufacturing (e.g., IPC standards).

9. Experience with PCB fabrication and assembly processes, including DFM/DFT considerations, is a plus.

10. Should have strong knowledge of Impedance matching, Signal integrity & power integrity.

**Experience required: Minimum 3yrs to Maximum 5 years.**
