**Job Description - BMS Operator**
- Handling electromechanical activities of the facilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance personnel
- Use special tools, equipment, and instruments for maintenance operations
- Analyze and resolve complex maintenance and repair problems
- Prepare daily facility reports
- Maintaining log books
- Analyze and resolve disciplinary/grievance issues of the M&E Team
- Communicating with vendors for effective M&E activities
- Ensure safety rules and regulations and first aid practices are in place
- Ensure principles of preventive maintenance and cost control are maintained
- Coordinate work activities of assigned shift.
- Prioritize work orders and effectively schedule for maintenance personnel.
- Instruct and train maintenance personnel
- Performs other facility related miscellaneous jobs/assignments assigned by superiors

**Access Control System**
- Physical checking of all Access Control Doors and Software & reporting to concerned ES official in case of any abnormality observed.
- Upon receipt of formal requests, issuing Access Cards for various categories like - New Joiners/Contract Employee/Client/Visiting Employee/Auditor & Consultants/Lost Cases
- Providing Privilege Rights for restricted areas adhering Privilege Rights Approval Matrix.
- Activation & De-activation of Access Cards on the basis of nature of requirements.
- Preparing MIS Reports & Access Cards Stock Sheets.
- Upon monitoring/observance of unauthorized attempts, informing defaulters for not accessing Restricted Areas or asking them to take Privilege Rights for the Area to be access.
- Generating Daily Access Logs Report from the Access Control System & uploading as per defined timelines (daily, weekly fortnightly & monthly).
- Generating Daily Access Logs Report for Restricted Areas and uploading as per defined timelines (daily, weekly fortnightly & monthly).
- Preparing ACS Daily Checklists & Facility Uptime Report for Access Control domain.
- Co-ordination and liasoning with vendor for system breakdowns, PPM & any other related issues.

**CCTV Surveillance System**
- Daily check of CCTV Surveillance System and reporting to concerned ES official in case of any abnormality observed.
- Uploading of CCTV Data as per requirements
- Upon receipt of requests, investigating the cases with the help of electronic security mechanisms i.e. CCTV Footage and Access Control System.
- Preparing CCTV Daily Checklists & Facility Uptime Report for CCTV Surveillance domain.
- Co-ordination and liasoning with vendor for system breakdowns, PPM & any other related issues.

**Fire Alarm System**
- Executing Weekly Fire Alarm Testing and submitting the reports.
- In case of Fire Alarm activation, checking location & informing ES concerned person & maintenance team and taking necessary actions on the basis of nature of incident.
- Co-ordination and liasoning with vendor for system breakdowns, PPM & any other related issues.

**Public Address System**
- Announcement in case of emergency.
- Announcement for the operational requirements.

**Others**:

- Perform other vertical related miscellaneous jobs/assignments assigned by superiors
- Ensure principles of procedure & policies are followed
