**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and create compelling video content that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and YouTube algorithm changes to create content that is both current and optimized for search.
- **Scriptwriting**:

- Craft engaging scripts that capture the audience's attention, convey key messages, and maintain the brand's tone and style.
- **Video Production**:

- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using industry-standard equipment and editing software.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience on social media platforms.
- Monitor analytics and audience feedback to tailor content for increased viewer retention and satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with other content creators, influencers, and partners to enhance the channel's visibility and reach.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Implement YouTube SEO best practices to maximize video discoverability and reach a broader audience.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy.
- **Consistency**:

- Maintain a consistent upload schedule and ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Adapt to evolving trends and continuously refine the content strategy based on analytics and audience feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and platform changes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,571.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
