E-commerce Sales Executive

Make outbound calls to online clients to assist, follow up, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Guide customers through the product selection and purchase process.
- Send shipment tracking details promptly after dispatch.
- Request and encourage customers to leave Google reviews after successful deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, shipping, or after-sales service with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales (preferably for premium products or e-commerce).
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English and Hindi preferred).
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, basic Excel, and WhatsApp Business will be an added advantage.
