**Job Role**:
We are hiring **Tele Sales Executives** to join the dynamic sales team at **Star Health Insurance**. The role involves connecting with potential customers over phone calls, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into policyholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information.
- Convince customers to purchase health insurance policies.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- **Experience**:

- **Freshers** are welcome.
- **Language**: Must speak **English fluently** and Regional Language.

**Salary Details**:

- **Freshers**: ₹19,000 NTH | ₹22,000 CTC
- **Telesales Experience**: ₹22,000 - ₹24,000 NTH
- **Insurance Tele Sales Experience**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 NTH

**Additional Benefits**: Incentives + PF + ESI as per company policy
