**Role Overview**:
As an Academic Counsellor at Almond Books, you will be the heartbeat of our feedback loop, directly connecting with students, parents, and teachers to ensure our books exceed expectations. Your role will be instrumental in gathering insights, building strong relationships with educators, and fostering a community that values the excellence of our publications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Maintain and update our customer database, ensuring seamless communication with those who have purchased our books.
- **Feedback Collection**: Reach out to students, parents, and teachers after they receive our books to gather valuable feedback and suggestions.
- **Online Reviews**: Encourage and guide customers to submit reviews on online platforms where they purchased our books.
- **Teacher Relationships**: Build and nurture strong relationships with teachers, ensuring they are receiving maximum value from our books and understanding their evolving needs.
- **Insight Reporting**: Provide regular reports on customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong academic performance in school and college, with a deep understanding of the ICSE curriculum.
- Previous experience working as a counsellor in a school, college, or educational institution.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A pleasing and approachable personality, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
